A 10-day peer-to-peer build session — agentic infrastructure, RAG architecture, and operational design for the 0300 / Cyber Coastlines ecosystem.
This is not a client engagement. It's a strategic exchange between two operators who trust each other. Gary — this is built for you specifically. The goal is simple: spend 10 focused days building the infrastructure that makes the Cyber Coastlines / 0300 / Causeway Nova ecosystem run without either of us being the bottleneck.
Both parties maintain separate sandboxes and independent business interests. This retreat is a bounded, bilateral sprint — clean in, clean out. What gets built here belongs to its respective owner. What gets learned here goes with both.
"Strategy is already set. We're here to make it executable."
Each track has a defined outcome and a deliverable you can operate independently after the retreat ends.
Design and deploy a retrieval-augmented generation system that ingests the full Cyber Coastlines / 0300 / Causeway Nova content ecosystem — methodology documentation, narrative assets, Creative Companion course materials, and brand voice reference. The system serves as the live knowledge base for the E-Suite AI collective. Not a static archive — a queryable, maintained intelligence layer.
Map and build the operational workflows — content production pipelines, CreativeOps automation, and E-Suite trigger logic. Define the human-to-agent handoff points. This includes the Ghost Pro publishing pipeline, The Creative Companion delivery workflow, and the Causeway Nova narrative content cadence. Every workflow gets a clear owner assignment: human or agent.
Clarify the entity structure under Cyber Coastlines LLC — domain hierarchy, product lines, revenue streams, and reporting logic. Build the operational scaffolding so the business runs on systems, not memory. SOPs for recurring operations. A clean decision matrix for who — or what — handles what at every layer.

Before travel is booked, scope and terms get confirmed in writing between both parties. Not a formal contract — a shared document both people sign off on. This protects the friendship as much as the work. Clarity on paper before day one is what keeps a war room from becoming a conflict zone.
