A 10-day strategic build retreat — RAG architecture, agentic workflow design, and operational infrastructure for the 0300.ai / Cyber Coastlines / Causeway Nova ecosystem.
This Scope of Work governs a 10-day operational retreat between Cyber Coastlines LLC (CreativeOps lead, Vonn Seacoast) and Gary Robinson of Master Suite Solutions, LLC, specializing in agentic AI systems and business operations architecture. The engagement is peer-to-peer — not a client-vendor relationship. Both parties maintain independent business interests and separate working sandboxes. This is a bounded, bilateral sprint with defined inputs, outputs, and a clean exit on day 10.
The objective is to move the Cyber Coastlines / 0300.ai / Causeway Nova ecosystem from vision-led to infrastructure-led — building the systems that allow the business to operate, scale, and execute without either party being the bottleneck.
"Strategy is set. This sprint makes it executable."
Fifty hours are allocated across three functional tracks. Each track has a clearly defined scope, outcome, and handoff-ready deliverable. Work begins on day one and every deliverable must be independently operable by the end of day ten.
Design and deploy a retrieval-augmented generation system that ingests the full Cyber Coastlines / 0300.ai / Causeway Nova content ecosystem. Scope includes methodology documentation, Causeway Nova narrative assets, Creative Companion immersive learning experience materials, E-Suite AI collective protocols, and brand voice reference. The RAG is not a static archive — it is a queryable, maintainable intelligence layer that powers the E-Suite in real time. Architecture decisions must account for ongoing content ingestion as the ecosystem grows.
Map and build the operational workflows that power daily execution across the ecosystem. Scope includes: the Ghost Pro content publishing pipeline, the Creative Companion delivery and enrollment workflow, the Causeway Nova narrative content cadence, E-Suite autonomous trigger logic, and CreativeOps automation across production cycles. Every workflow must define explicit human-to-agent handoff points. Nothing runs autonomous without a documented decision. Nothing stays human-only without a documented reason.
Clarify and document the entity structure under Cyber Coastlines LLC. Scope includes: domain hierarchy (.ai systems vs. .com brand/story layers), product line definitions, revenue stream mapping, reporting logic, and recurring operations SOPs. Build the scaffolding so the business runs on documented systems — not institutional memory. Output should allow a new team member to understand how the business operates without requiring direct explanation from the founder.
Full ecosystem walkthrough. Content audit — inventory all source material for RAG ingestion. Document current state of workflows, tools, and platforms in use. Align on architecture approach for all three tracks. No building yet — this is the map-before-you-move phase.
Active RAG architecture and build. Data ingestion, chunking strategy, embedding pipeline, and query interface. Daily testing against real use cases — E-Suite queries, brand voice checks, narrative reference pulls. Documentation runs parallel to build, not after.
Workflow architecture and automation build. Ghost Pro pipeline, Creative Companion delivery flow, Causeway Nova cadence, E-Suite trigger mapping. Each workflow gets a single-page reference document — trigger, process, owner, exception handling. Overlaps with RAG integration where workflows pull from the knowledge base.
Business admin structure and SOPs. Entity hierarchy documentation, revenue stream mapping, recurring operations protocols. Decision matrices built and reviewed. Everything written for someone who wasn't in the room.
Full system review across all three tracks. Integration check — RAG feeding workflows, workflows aligned to org structure. Final documentation pass. Handoff walkthrough: every deliverable demonstrated and confirmed operational. Sprint close and debrief.
